拥有先进的CNC机床130台，加工中心10台，走心机4台，自动锯料机5台，清洗机多台。检测设备有20倍投影检测仪2台，三丰轮廓仪3台，海克斯康三坐标2台，硬度计以及全检机多台。

公司拥有一支经验丰富的开发制造和检测团队，专业从事汽车、摩托车零部件，铸件、锻件、五金件的生产制造。

公司2007年通过TS16949（换证IATF16949）体系认证，与时硕科技、三特维克等国内知名企业建立了长期良好的合作关系。

于2021年新增精锻分厂，前期预计投入1500万，厂房3500平米，新增设备有630T、300T、200T、60T伺服锻压机连续自动生产线4条以及冷挤专机多台，自动切料机1台，自动锯料机1台，5吨、10吨井式退火炉各1台，箱式炉2台，抛丸机1台，高分子自动润滑线1条，冷镦机2台，平面磨1台、普车1台。

The company has an experienced development, manufacturing, and testing team, specializing in the production and manufacturing of automotive and motorcycle parts, castings, forgings, and hardware components.

The company passed the TS16949 (IATF16949) system certification in 2007 and established long-term and good cooperative relationships with well-known domestic enterprises such as Shishuo Technology and Santivik.

In 2021, a precision forging factory will be added with an estimated investment of 15 million yuan. The factory will cover an area of 3500 square meters and will be equipped with four continuous automatic production lines for 630T, 300T, 200T, and 60T servo forging presses, as well as multiple cold extrusion machines.
